Dr Luigi Visani MD
President (Hyperphar Group) |
Luigi joined Hyperphar with more than 15 years experience in clinical drug development and clinical trials from study design to final report.
Prior to joining Hyperphar, Luigi was Director of Clinical Research at Boehringer Ingelheim Italy and a permanent member of the Company's International Cardiovascular Expert Group.
Luigi is a physician with a post-doctoral specialisation in cardiology. He has been directly involved in the management and conduct of many international and multicentre clinical trials. Whilst working for Boehringer Ingelheim he was a member of the "Farmindustria Clinical Research Working Group", the committee of the Italian Association of Pharmaceutical Companies, which made a major contribution to the definition and implementation of the present regulations on clinical trials in Italy . |

Dr. Adonella Aletti MD

Adonella graduated in Medicine and post-graduated in Internal Medicine at the University of Milan. She started working as Hospital Physician in an Internal Medicine Department in Milan, then she spent a 3 year experience as General Practitioner.
As far as her professional experience among the Pharmaceutical Companies is concerned, she started with the Italian Company ISF in 1987, working as Medical Adviser of Cardiovascular and SNC area on clinical trials in hypertension, congestive heart failure and dementia.
After this experience she worked as Cardiovascular area Coordinator in Astra Farmaceutici, starting from 1993 until 1999, on the following Clinical Trials: HOT (felodipine), HOPE (ramipril), SCOPE (candesartan), RESOLVD (candesartan) and CHARM (candesartan) mainly in hypertension and congestive heart failure.
From 1999 until 2001 she worked as Disease Area Development Leader Cardiovascular at Glaxo Wellcome in Verona.
Lastly, she was Medical Director and Scientific Information Officer in Altana Pharma Italy, from January 2001 until March 2007, working on the respiratory and GI area. This experience concerned also the legal aspects of clinical trials and of scientific information, in cooperation with the concerned marketing and regulatory departments and functions.
She joined Hyperphar in April 2007 as Director of Clinical Operations.
